This wooden version of James Mursell’s travisher has been in production for ten years and is in use by chair makers all around the world. The hard maple body is beautiful in its own right and the tool will be a great addition to any workshop.
Description
The hard maple body fits easily in the hand and is a thing of beauty!
The blade can be set in any position, using the two grub screws set in the front of the body. However, with a little practice, both aggressive and fine cuts can be made without changing the blade position.
This travisher is a great addition to any tool collection.
